Gala dinner gathers funds for children in India

  • The Diksha España association raises funds to give an education to underprivileged children in India

The Diksha España association, which currently sponsors school education for 230 underprivileged and needy children in India, hosted a fundraising Christmas dinner in Alanda Club Marbella last Friday.

The guest of honour was Dr Vicenta Llorca, CEO for Laboratory V Lift Pro, who made a donation of 3,770 euros to the project - a sum which could provide further education to five children, either orphaned, HIV-positive or living below the poverty line for a year.

The event was organised by Dr Jovanka Manojlovic. Entertainment at the dinner was providedin the form of live Indian music and dance performances.
