You are making changes to the permanent exhibition but what about the temporary ones?

The temporary exhibitions will stay as they are. At the moment we are working very hard on the Andy Warhol exhibition which is now at an advanced stage. It will be large format and though they are different artists, visitors will be able to see connections between them, We hope it will be the main exhibition for the summer of 2018.

It is quite telling that you've carried out the renovation during a period that the gallery was doing so well.

Yes, visitor numbers continue to increase but that is the challenge. Do we rest on our laurels or do we innovate further? In a city like Malaga where everything is changing so fast, quality has to remain high.
