Walking with Guiris: a new hiking group unites communities in the fresh air

A new hiking group called Walking with Guiris has been founded in Fuengirola with the aim of improving the integration of English-speaking residents and the Spanish community. Organised by British expat Michael Griffiths and local teacher Charo ... García- Triviño, the group's first walk saw students from the Fuengirola official language school and a several expats come together during a ten-kilometre route from Mijas Pueblo to Los Boliches at the end of November.
