Town hall pushes forward with Nerja Balcón library plans

Book market raises 2,000 euros for Cudeca

The annual Christmas charity book fair held in Benalmádena last month raised more than 2,000 euros for the Cudeca Cancer Hospice. Held in the municipal library in Arroyo de la Miel, the market offered more than 5,000 second- hand books, magazines ... market held throughout the year. A town hall spokesperson said, "The library aims to help the Cudeca Foundation in its invaluable work, while recycling and giving a second life to something as valuable as books."

New library opens to the public in Alhaurín de la Torre
