Estepona hit-and-run cyclist killer hands himself in

A Dutch national handed himself in to police last Friday in connection with the hit-and-run killing of cyclist Mario Zumaquero in Estepona five days earlier. The alleged perpetrator is being investigated for the crime of negligent homicide with a ... motor vehicle and for another crime of leaving the scene of an accident, according to court sources.
