Pop-up fashion show raises funds for charity in Duquesa

Volunteers strutted their stuff on the catwalk to raise 370 euros during a charity fashion show in Duquesa on Thursday 16 September. The event saw eight local women wearing clothes from a local charity shop in a bid to clear out summer stock ... whilst raising funds. Around 60 people turned up for the show, which was held at the Kinsale pub in aid of the Duquesa Charitable Society of Saint George. Vélez-Málaga's Red Cross starts to extend services

At the start of the coronavirus pandemic, the Red Cross (Cruz Roja) in Vélez-Málaga, which also runs an English-language service, was forced to suspend many services and activities.
