Job creation on the Costa slowed down this spring, quarterly data shows

Not as many jobs were created as expected in Malaga province, including the Costa del Sol, in the period from April to June this year, data published on Thursday showed. The quarterly active population survey (EPA) is seen as the most reliable data ... unable to find jobs in Malaga province (17.27 per cent). This represents a small drop of 1,200 people out of work from April to June. Most growth in jobs came in the service sector, with the construction sector slowing down slightly.
