Lord Patten to deliver Governor's Lecture

It has been announced that Lord Patten, who is a former Governor of Hong Kong and European Commissioner for External Relations among other posts, will deliver the Governor's Lecture at the Gibraltar International Literary Festival which takes place from 14 to 17 November.
