The Malaga association of Nigerian women has, along with local activists, demanded the immediate release of the kidnapped schoolgirls
Over a hundred people attended a protest held in Malaga’s Plaza de la Merced over the kidnap of 200 schoolgirls in Nigeria by terrorist organisation Boko Haram.
Members of the ‘Asociación de Mujeres Nigerianas de Málaga’ were joined by union representatives and Malaga city councillors.
“It hurts me very much to see children kidnapped in my country and we are united to make a clamour of protest that can be heard all the way to Nigeria,” said the association’s president Christiana Nwokeji.
