Re your recent article on ‘Lookie Lookie’ men. There is an effective way to control this problem, which is to copy the example of Italy.

On a visit to Florence, I was impressed by the noticeable lack of any sign of ‘Lookie’ sellers. I then saw the many notices placed in prominent places, which said any person buying from a ‘Lookie’ salesperson, would be fined 100 euros. The system certainly works there...
