MEDALS. Kieran Taylor.
Fourteen year old Kieran Taylor of Arroyo de la Miel came away from the VI Taekwondo Interprovincial Cup held in Roquetas de Mar, Almeria, last weekend with the Gold medal in combat. He had to endure three hard bouts to claim this well deserved and prestigious victory and won in some style.
Two weeks previously Kieran won a Bronze medal in combat in Motril. Travelling with the team from the Benalmádena Taekwondo Club was his Trainer and Head Coach Maximiliano Montiel, who recently won both Gold and Bronze medals in The European Championships in Croatia. Next year Kieran plans to travel to Las Vegas to take on the best at The World Cup.
