La Cala de Mijas Lions Club will be holding its President's Presentation Ball at the Tamisa Hotel on Saturday 12th September, starting at 7.30 p.m.
Guests will be served drinks and canapés on arrival, followed by a 3-course dinner, with an open bar for beer and wine, and Two Brass will provide live entertainment.
During the evening, Tony Bellamy who is president of the La Cala Lions, will present cheques from monies raised during the past year to various charities. The proceeds raised at the ball will be donated to Positively Pink, which is a local charity that is aiming to set up a mobile breast-screening clinic.
