The Cooperación Honduras charity, based in Fuengirola and registered with the Spanish Agency for International cooperation and Development (AECID), is currently preparing container number 13 for its journey to Honduras but they need more help.
Non-perishable goods such as rice, tuna, sugar, condensed or powdered milk, biscuits, flour, canned meat, pasta etc can be handed in to one of four collection points before March 7th:
Fuengirola: Chemist located next to the Institute no. 1 and Calle Córdoba, 19 next to Cofradía de Pasión (only Tuesday between 7 and 8 p.m.).
Los Boliches: Geny Hairdresser in Avenida Jusús Cautivo, 26.
Las Lagunas: Chemist in Calle San Bartolomé, 3 next to Town Hall.
The charity is also hoping to collect the cost of sending the container (3,000 and 4,000 euros) in donations. Plus anyone with a few hours to spare on Saturday March 14th could help load the container (from 8 a.m. in Calle Córdoba, Fuengirola).
