Three chocolate tart
Tempting.
Mari Carmen Carrillo sent this recipe for Three chocolate tart which has proved popular time and time again at her friends' parties and is a real chocolate lovers' delight. Mari Carmen is a regular visitor to www.mundorecetas.com and this is just one of the recipes she got from their site.
Method:
Crush the biscuits and put them in a bowl. Melt the margarine in the microwave and mix using a silicon spatula with the biscuits. Transfer to a shallow mould or dish and form the base of the tart. Chill the base in the fridge until firm.
Grate the dark chocolate. Add 50 gr. sugar, 250 gr. cream, 250 gr. milk and one sachet of 'cuajada'. Melt in a pan, stirring continually so that it doesn't stick, for approximately 7 minutes. Pour over the biscuit base and return to the fridge.
Chop up the milk chocolate. Add 50 gr. sugar, 250 gr. cream, 250 gr. milk and one sachet of 'cuajada'. Melt in a pan for approximately 7 minutes, not letting it stick. With a fork scratch the top of the dark chocolate layer before pouring over the milk chocolate layer. Pour over the dark chocolate mixture slowly and carefully to avoid mixing the colours. Put the dish back in the fridge again.
Chop up the white chocolate. (This time no sugar is added.) Add 250 gr. cream, 250 gr. milk and one sachet of 'cuajada'. Melt in a pan, stirring continually so that it doesn't stick, for around 7 minutes. Scratch the top of the milk chocolate layer and pour over the white chocolate mixture slowly and carefully.
Leave the tart to cool and set then chill overnight.
Before removing from the mould or dish decorate with cocoa powder or chocolate strands.
