Sport is not only healthy, it is fun too, and can be practised by everyone. Last Thursday 350 disabled people took part in a sports day organised by La Rosaleda high school in Malaga. The pleasant weather on the day meant that participants could enjoy outdoor sports such as baseball and mini golf, as well as indoor activities such as swimming. “We wanted to show people that anyone who has a physical, mental or psychological disability can enjoy sport and benefit from it like everyone else,” said one of the teachers.
