A thirty-six-year old woman was arrested in Malaga a couple of days ago for being drunk and disorderly and causing injury to her eight-month-old baby.
M.A.C.M. was holding her baby when she tripped up and hit the child's head off a railing. She had been arguing with her husband and had hit him after he tried to take the child off her.
Police officers took the child away after seeing that his face was covered in bruises. They arrested both the man and the woman after discovering that the former had been issued with a restraining order. Both suspects have a police record for violent robberies drug possession and domestic violence.
