Gavin Gallagher, a developer of the Blue Sotogrande Marina shopping and leisure complex was at the Fitur Tourism Fair in Madrid last week, and spoke excitedly about what the complex will offer residents and tourists when it opens this year. Construction work on the complex finished in December, and Gallagher says that the keys to some of the shops will be handed over at Easter. Situated in the heart of Sotogrande, the complex has five different blocks and over 40 establishments from restaurants and bars to jewellery and clothes shops. Open-air cultural events are also to be held at the centre, which has ample underground parking space.
