The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has issued an "amarilla" (yellow) weather warning because of the strong coastal winds expected in the province of Malaga today.
According to the government office in Malaga, the 'yellow alert' will be applied between 4 p.m. and midnight today (Wednesday February 4th) when the windy conditions are forecast to be at their worst.
The warning comes on the back of the tornado which swept through Malaga city on Sunday night and caused extensive damage to buildings and vehicles.
