A 17 year old boy has been arrested in Nerja for allegedly touching inappropriately two eight year old children. The investigation was started two weeks ago following a complaint from the mother of one of the little boys and it came to light that another child was a possible victim.
In the case of one of the children, he might have been abused by the 17 year old on several occasions, not just one and the Civil Guards are trying to determine whether or not the two 8 years olds were in the company of the accused as a result of being threatened or intimidated.
The teenager apparently took his victims, always separately, to different places to abuse them.
As he is under 18, the accused has been detained in a reform centre for minors until the case is heard.
