The tenants of 27 Calle Cabriel in Malaga city have enlisted the support of the Izquierda Unida councillor Antonio Serrana in their fight against the appalling conditions in their building.
Raw sewage flows down the stairs, there is no door and rubbish is piled everywhere, but to date complaints have fallen on deaf ears.
