A 45 year old man was in Malaga Provincial Court on Tuesday accused of raping a 25 year old woman after going out for drinks with her and a friend in Estepona.
According to the Public Prosecution the accused man and his victim were out together with a female friend until 5 a.m. one night in June 2006. Then, after separating from the friend, the woman got into the accused’s car to travel back to their respective homes in Mijas. However the man stopped the car on the outskirts of Marbella, forced the woman to get out and raped her on some wasteland.
After a failed attempt to rape her a second time he went off, leaving his victim.
