On Friday some 400 people in Malaga took part in a demonstration organised by the Moroccan Association for the Integration of Immigrants in support of the Palestinians and to protest against Israeli attacks in Gaza. Sixteen political and social organisations also met at the CC.OO trade union's main office on Friday to discuss the possibility of creating a platform in support of the Palestinians.
Meanwhile the PSOE and Izquierda Unida political groups on the council in Malaga are urging the City Hall to publicly speak out against the military offensive.
